After a day of treating patients you can find Dr. Matt enjoying his great passion for cycling. Whether he is on a long road ride, training on his mountain bike, or competing in endurance mountain bike races you will always find him with a smile on his face (even 8 hours later in a race!).

Dr. Matt graduated from the University of Waterloo completing his Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He then headed straight into the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College to pursue his next great passion of helping the community around him to be their healthiest through chiropractic care.

Dr. Matt is trained in Diversified manual adjusting, manual release therapy, Graston therapy, and Neurofunctional Acupuncture. He is consistently expanding his learning and education to provide you with the best care.

After moving to Barrie from his home town of Thunder Bay at the age of 14, Dr. Matt grew up in Barrie and the surrounding community appreciating all that it has to offer. After finishing his schooling he knew Barrie was the place he wanted to eventually raise a family. When not in practice, you can find Dr. Matt spending time with his wife, family, and friends although not likely too far from a bike or a good cup of coffee!
